WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
✓ SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES
- Conforming to explanation independently running: Prison Island and Axe throwing in an enthusiastic manner
✓ PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
- Taking care of mise en place, such as setting/preparing tables, preparing cutlery and table linens, etc;
- Assist in setting up rooms (receptions and parties).
✓ OPERATION
- Welcoming and placating guests;
- Taking orders and providing information, consulting with supervisor or kitchen on special requests from guests as needed;
- Passing orders to kitchen or buffet;
- If necessary, prepare simple orders themselves (pouring drinks, preparing small dishes/snacks etc.);
- Supplying and preparing buffets;
- Serving dishes, beverages.
✓ CASHIERING AND ACCOUNTABILITY WORK
- Control, remit and account for monies received;
- Preparation of bill and checkout with guests;
- Taking/noting table reservations, coordinating with supervisor in case of special requests or anticipated table occupancy problems.
✓ CLEAN-UP AND CLEANING WORK
- Cleaning up and clearing up afterwards;
- Clean up/clean up public areas and work areas.
✓ GUIDING GUESTS
- Welcoming and escorting guests to the appropriate room/activities;
- Supervising children’s parties;
- Acting as a point of contact for guests.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You always think and act customer-oriented and feel responsible;
- You are enthusiastic, customer friendly and have communication skills;
- You are flexibly available including evenings and weekends;
- Work experience in the hospitality industry is not a requirement, we will teach you the tricks of the trade so you can develop yourself into a real hospitality topper!
